Thank you for partnering with us to support the ministry and work of our church! Giving via Zelle is a secure, fast, and convenient option. Because Zelle transfers funds directly from your bank account to ours, 100% of your gift goes directly to the church without any processing fees deducted.
How to Give via Zelle in 4 Easy Steps
Step 1: Open Your Banking App
Log into your regular mobile banking app (such as Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) or the standalone Zelle app, and navigate to Send Money with Zelle.
Step 2: Enter Our Registered Email
Add our church as a recipient by entering our dedicated giving email address:
treasurer@hope68.com (Tip: We highly recommend copying and pasting this email directly into your app to prevent typos.)
Step 3: Verify the Confirmation Name
Before you enter an amount or hit send, your banking app will display the official legal name registered to the account.
CRITICAL: Please verify that the recipient name appears exactly as:
Community of Hope Church Northwest
If you do not see this exact name, stop and double-check the email address for typos.
Step 4: Add Your Info in the "Memo" Field
Because Zelle does not automatically share your mailing address or giving details with our bookkeeper, you must use the "Memo" or "Note" field in your banking app before confirming the transfer.
Please type the following into the memo line:
Example Memo Text: John & Jane Doe, 123 Main St, Tomball TX 77375
A Quick Note on Security & Refunds
To protect the church's resources against modern digital fraud, please note that our financial team enforces a strict security policy. If a digital transfer is ever sent to us in error, no immediate electronic refunds will be issued via Zelle. Following verification and a standard 14-day clearance period to ensure the original funds have fully cleared, we will issue any approved refunds via a traditional paper check.
If you have any questions about your giving or need assistance, please contact the treasurer directly at treasurer@hope68.com
