Through Jesus, we see God making Himself accessible to us without diminishing His own value. At Community of Hope, our Sunday morning worship gatherings reflect this. We strive to make this a gathering in which you will feel welcome, no matter what your background is. We also recognize that the focus of our worship is God. He is the one we are seeking to meet with and to lift up.
WE ARE FAMILY
The church was always intended to operate like a family, not a corporation. God does most of His work through people and the connections they make with each other. The foundational concept for all of this is Love. God loves us as a perfect Father, and we demonstrate that love for each other. So take some time on Sunday mornings to have coffee and donuts and hang out with each other. Our hope is that everyone will think of Community of Hope as a family.
KIDS
And speaking of families, we have lots of them, which means that kids are more than welcome here. God hasn’t wired kids to always sit still and be quiet, and we’re aware of that and are okay with the joyful (and sometimes not so joyful) sounds they make! We have a time of worship and teaching made just for younger children, and a space in our main worship area for toddlers and parents to be able to be together. After the service, our middle schoolers and high schoolers go to their own groups to have their own additional time to connect with God and each other.
